Analog Motion Stem extender Assembly Instruction

These are the components required to install the stem extender now you have extended the loom.

Loosen the bolts on either side of the stem.

Set the top cap cover to one side.

Remove the top cap bolt and top cap.

Remove the stem.

Place the stem extender onto the fork.

Push the slider on the side of the extender to open up the bolt holes and adjust the angle.

Lift up the handle on the stem extender.

Tighten up through the top of the stem extender using the 4mm hex key.

Tighten up the two bolts on the side of the stem extender.

Remove all the components from one side of the handlebar. This requires loosening the grip with the 3mm hex key, the brake lever with the 5mm hex key and the display/throttle with the 3mm hex key

Insert the handlebars through the stem extender.

The middle of the handlebars should be in the centre of the stem extender.

Push the handle back down and make sure the slider on the side of the handle re engages.

Reinstall the display/throttle and brake lever and the grip that you removed.
