The handlebars come pre-assembled and require the headset spacers, top cap and 5mm hex key.

Place all of the spacers over the fork. Ensure the fork is pushed all the way through the frame. AM1 STEP and AM1 STEP+ have 3 spacers, AM1 and AM1+ have 4 spacers.

The spacers will sit down onto the top of the headset.

Before placing the handlebars over the fork, make sure the bolts are loosened, but not removed from the stem. Next place the handlebars over the fork. We will tighten the bolts on the stem at the last step.

The handlebars will look like this when placed onto the fork.

Place the Analog Motion top cap over the top of the fork.

Take the top cap bolt and washer and place these into the top cap.

Tighten the top cap bolt all the way down using the 5mm hex key. It will sit completely flush with the top cap. Once tightened, the fork will not move vertically, but the bars will still be able to rotate. Place the small rubber cap into the top of the bolt and push down so it also sits flush with the top cap.

Make sure the handlebars are straight and then tighten up the two stem bolts that were loosened earlier.

Make sure to tighten the bolts on each side.
